DRIED TOMATOES

IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

This speciality is obtained selecting the best and most wholesome tomatoes, gathered when quite ripe. They first are rid from seeds, then cut and slowly dried in the sun. They are flavoured with scented aromatic herbs and preserved in extra virgin olive oil. They are ideal as appetizer or to make tasty every dish.
