EXTRA VIRGIN OIL

Parcel is an extra-virgin olive oil with Protected Designation of Origin from the “Riviera dei Fiori” on the Ligurian coast, specifically from a number of plots of land in the valleys around the town of Imperia. Wanting to provide our customers with as much information as possible, we decided to certify, for the first time, each stage of production, creating a genuine IC card of the oil. The declaration signed by an Official Body provided in each carton is drafted by the Chamber of Commerce of Imperia, certifying the whole process, from harvesting of the olives right through to bottling of the oil. Real excellence plus, from now on, total traceability in order to support increasingly the quality of our product.
